that are founded on education, early intervention, prevention and the
financial and social burden of mental illness in the workplace. He advocates
recovery models which are centred on promoting safe workplaces and peer
support. Richard brings his skills and vast experience to bear in improving
mental health literacy in the workplace which in turn confers early
recognition and intervention, prevention and the reduction of stigma and
discrimination.
